Our Portfolio Management Team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their expanding, busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in finance, to join us on our journey.
We require a customer-focussed Portfolio Management Analyst to support the Head of Portfolio Management and Portfolio Managers in the day to day running of the portfolio.
The role will focus on providing assistance and analysis in the production of an extensive range of Management Information relating to the Bank’s existing lending customers.
Analysis and content developed by the Portfolio Management Analyst supports the firm's efforts to fully understanding the existing customer portfolio and provide outstanding customer service, and in addition, to help protect the Bank’s lending book.
Key focus of the role will be:

Draft and produce regular monthly reporting and ad-hoc report requirements on the back book of lending customers

Gathering and assessing financial and key data within the portfolio.

Ensure MI is accurate, and all customers are correctly designated, be that within the Watchlist, Forbearance or the good-book portfolio

Support the completion of monthly customer reviews

Collate sector information from a variety of external sources, preparing sector updates on a just in time basis, for circulation to the wider Redwood team.
Applicants will be educated to either Degree level or A levels, or possess a relevant professional qualification or progressing towards one.
The role demands a self-starter with strong analytical skills. They must be proficient in report writing and presenting with experience using excel, word and PowerPoint.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; a 'can do' attitude towards every aspect of the job.
