As always be vigilant to anything suspicious, including messages about COVID-19 claiming to be from your bank or asking you to make a payment, move money or provide any of your credentials. Remember, Redwood Bank will never ask you for your full password or ask you to move money from your accounts. If you receive a communication which you are not sure of always refer to the website of the company who it claims to be from and contact them directly using the contact details on the website, not any supplied in the suspicious email.
