This change makes two- and three-year fixed and variable rates more attractive, especially for borrowers who want additional options to five-year fixed deals as interest rates continue to fall.

We also continue to offer our Alternate Fee option across two-, three and five-year fixed terms.

Plus, we’ve launched tiered interest rate pricing, giving borrowers more choice and simple access to our interest rates.

  • Gross rental income should represent at least 145% of monthly repayments for large HMO's/MUFB's

  • Maximum age 85 at the end of the loan term

  • Maximum age 75 (owner occupier) or 85 (professional landlord) at the end of the loan term
