Working with suppliers for the good of local communities and our customers

We are committed to working with our suppliers in a responsible and sustainable way. Our suppliers are fundamental in helping us to deliver our products and a great experience to our customers and brokers. It is important that our suppliers share our values and operate to the same high standards that resonate with our core values.

The regulatory landscape continues to become more complex, so it is important that we can demonstrate to our stakeholders that we are working responsibly with our suppliers to minimise risk and ultimately protect our customers.

We have therefore joined the Hellios FSQS Community to enhance our supplier management processes and oversight at both onboarding and during the ongoing lifecycle of the contract. FSQS enables us to standardise and manage our requests for compliance and assurance data.

Our expectations of suppliers

We expect all suppliers to:

  • Agree to our Supplier Code of Conduct and adhere to its standards across all aspects of their business including within their own supply chains.
  • Comply with our Policy Statements as stated and shared by us, including our Modern Slavery Statement
  • Support us to deliver good customer outcomes
  • Complete our due diligence and audit requests as required
  • Adhere to our brand values

How to become a supplier

The Hellios Financial Supplier Qualification System (FSQS) makes it easier for suppliers to do business with us and other member organisations through the standardisation of compliance requests and assurance data. You can read more about FSQS in our guide.

We also welcome working with local suppliers

We recognise our role in supporting local communities in the areas where we are based in Letchworth and Warrington. This is why we are members of the local Chambers of Commerce in order to meet and be able to work with local businesses.
