Andre has worked within the banking industry for 20 years. From retail banking to residential mortgages and commercial banking, Andre has years of knowledge and experience working in the finance sector.
For the majority of his career, Andre has worked in the business and commercial banking industry, where he dealt with real estate, development finance and owner-occupied mortgages. For a decade he looked after a portfolio of local businesses and was responsible for creating good business relationships. During his ten-year stint in commercial banking, Andre gained valuable leadership experience after leading two teams to success.
Over the last five years, Andre has assisted NatWest in establishing its broker proposition by building up a vast network of brokers in and around the midlands. During his time at NatWest, he was also responsible for dealing with all types of lending transactions and high volumes of lending to SMEs.
Andre is now excited to be a part of the Redwood family where he will join the Business Development Team and help build a strong presence for the Bank in the midlands.
