Formerly Group Senior Corporate Counsel with Balfour Beatty plc, Eleanor advised the plc board on strategic M&A and funding matters, dealing with international joint ventures and large scale outsourcing and procurement projects.
Prior to this, Eleanor was Legal Director and Company Secretary of Balfour Beatty Plant & Fleet Services Ltd and Balfour Beatty Power Transmission and Distribution Ltd.
