James joined Redwood Bank with more than five years’ experience in the banking and financial sector. 

His career started at Barclays in 2018 as a Customer Service Specialist before he progressed to Business Manager in 2019. 

James briefly left banking when he was a Client Success Manager at Synectics Solutions in 2021, but returned to the finance sector with Redwood in 2022.
