Rhia is a qualified chartered accountant, having completed her professional qualification with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) in 2015. Since relocating to the UK in 2016, Rhia has completed the qualifying exams for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In addition, she has also achieved a Masterclass in Treasury Products and Risk Management through the Institute of International Finance (IIF).
With a background in external audit, Rhia prepared the first annual statutory accounts report for Redwood Bank. She is Head of Treasury Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day management of liquidity and funding within the Bank, as well as being involved in a broader range of Finance and Treasury related areas of the business.
