Head of Underwriting
Sarah’s Redwood journey began in January 2022 when she was appointed as the Head of Underwriting. She has worked in banking all her career, having been at NatWest in their London head offices for around 20 years after graduating.
She has undertaken many different roles in relationship management and the credit and underwriting arenas, working in corporate and commercial lending.
Prior to joining Redwood, Sarah led the underwriting team at a NatWest SME lending fintech, helping to rapidly grow the business, before spending a year with Coutts, managing one of the real estate credit teams.
