Scott has been Redwood Bank’s Head of Risk since January 2022, bringing 15 years of risk management experience across multiple financial services firms to the role. He has built up a breadth of understanding across risk management disciplines, with a specific focus on developing bank risk capabilities and structures.  

Scott started his career at the Prudential Regulation Authority, before moving to work in a consultancy role at KPMG, advising banking institutions on risk management practices and expectations. He moved into the challenger banking sector with a position at Shawbrook Bank before joining Redwood in 2021.
