Tracey has over 20 years of Human Resources experience within professional services both in the UK and overseas. Tracey has extensive experience in establishing HR functions within small fast growth companies, providing both strategic and operational direction.
Her employment history includes positions such as HR Manager for Hastings Funds Management, a leading fund manager of alternative assets in Australia, where she was a member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for aligning HR Strategy with the overall strategy of the firm and providing HR services to local and international offices.
Previous roles were that of HR Manager for Lander & Rogers Lawyers in Melbourne, and HR Manger for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Auckland, New Zealand.
Tracey is member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
