The creative mental health charity PoetsIN will deliver an online 90-minute session on Thursday May 12 at 2pm.
A Zoom link will be provided to all staff, giving the opportunity to listen to a motivational talk focussed on mental health experiences, the language used around mental health and how to manage stress using simple and fun techniques.
Paul Chambers, Co-Founder of PoetsIN, said: “We’ll be revealing some fun and interactive tools that manage stress in the moment and for life. Don’t let the name fool you, you don’t have to be a poet to join in.
“We ask people to come with an open mind, a pen and paper. Join in and rant in a stress buster activity. It’ll be fun and super effective.”
