sebastian.mrotzek@redwoodbank.co.ukWith nearly 20 years’ experience working within the financial sector, Sebastian is a welcome addition to the Redwood Bank team.
He began his banking career as a Financial Services Analyst at Datamonitor, before moving to Citigroup, Accenture, HSBC Global Asset Management, Barclays Retail and Business Bank and Lloyds Bank Global Transaction Banking.
Prior to joining Redwood, he was working for a London-based Fintech start-up during its application stage. There he held the title as Deputy Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Banking Operations.
He has also held senior positions at the Prudential Regulation Authority and was a member of the Bank of England’s Technology and Projects Board.
As Director of Operations, Sebastian is responsible for overseeing Banking Operations, Credit Operations, Information Technology and Project Management. His role is vital in ensuring the smooth-running of Redwood continues, and that customers remain well looked after.
