Redwood Bank continues support for Warrington Youth Zone

Redwood Bank has extended its support as Impact Patron of Warrington Youth Zone for a second year, reaffirming its commitment to young people.

The partnership will continue to support the charity’s work with more than 5,000 young members each year, helping to provide a safe, inspiring space where young people can learn new skills, build confidence and unlock their potential.

Redwood has been actively involved with Warrington Youth Zone since 2025, supporting a range of initiatives including team volunteering and participation in the £50 Seed Fund Challenge. Directors from the bank also took part in a special Come Dine with Me experience, enjoying a three-course meal planned and prepared entirely by young members, showcasing both culinary talent and growing confidence.

Young people supported by the Youth Zone have also been given opportunities to attend live rugby fixtures, creating memorable experiences beyond the four walls of the centre.

Backing Warrington Youth Zone reflects the bank’s wider commitment to investing in the communities where it operates.

Alex John, ESG Manager at Redwood Bank said: “Warrington Youth Zone continues to show what is possible when young people are given the space, support and belief to realise their potential. Every visit reminds us how much talent and determination sits within this community and why sustained investment in youth services matters.

“Our ongoing support is about more than funding. It is about standing with an organisation that changes lives every day and helping create opportunities that will stay with young people long into the future. We are proud to continue our partnership and to play a small part in the incredible work WYZ delivers.”

Warrington Youth Zone relies on the generosity of individuals and organisations to deliver this vital community resource. By bringing together businesses and supporters who share a vision to inspire and empower young people, the charity continues to make a lasting difference across Warrington.

Jamie Patterson, Head of Fundraising at Warrington Youth Zone said: “I am over the moon that Redwood Bank have decided to continue to support Warrington Youth Zone for a second year. Their generous donation will help us to continue providing a safe space, inspiring activities, and also trusted youth workers who are there when they’re needed the most. Alongside a very generous donation, they’ll also be getting stuck in with volunteering, and our events here at the Youth Zone which is lovely to see. I’m looking forward to growing our partnership, together we will transform so many young lives across Warrington!”
