Redwood Bank is a finalist in two categories at the Growth Finance awards. The Bank has been nominated for the Best Place to Work and Best Challenger Bank awards.

The Bank, which already has several industry awards under its belt, will go head to head with Cubefunder, Growthdeck and Henry Howard Finance in the Best Place to Work category and OakNorth, Tandem Bank and Wyelands Bank in the Best Challenger Bank category.
The newly launched awards programme is dedicated to recognising the role of the finance community, and was developed to celebrate the companies providing more than finance to SMEs.
An awards spokesperson said they are looking for organisations that are “innovating in financial services and breathing optimism into start-ups and established businesses”.
A total of 18 awards will be presented in front of more than 400 guests, who will gather at a black-tie dinner at the prestigious London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel on Wednesday, September 11.
The finalists were determined by an advisory board. The next round of judging will be decided by at least three people, who were drawn from an independent panel of 35 judges in a bid to provide a diverse mix of qualified perspectives.
All of the judges’ scores are collated to determine the winner and to generate a personalised feedback and benchmarking report, so all finalists receive insight on areas for improvement.
